Awwww. Not even this one?

Bob is in his Vegas mood, but it just rolls into a super-hot jam. Maybe the best CC Rider, IMO (though can't say if that's the best source.) Granted, when I first heard it and thought, "Wow! What a great CC Rider!" I did kinda stop and think, "Umm, did I just use the word 'great' and 'CC Rider' in the same sentence?" But still, I ask you: CC Rider or Little Red Rooster? CC Rider or Alabama Getaway?

And ya know, if you don't listen to early 80s, you miss some great Wang Dang Doodles :-)

Ohh, Alabama Getaway would win hands down.

AAAAAK! Alabama Getaway to the bathroom? Ah well, different ears. And at least the line to the bathroom will be shorter by one :-)

Forum: GratefulDead Subject: First Sets were rehersals in the 80's

Considering how infrequent these musicians held rehersals and how extensive into the late evening/early mornings the fun continued, first sets and those simple three chord ditties were rehersal for the second set.

And, sometimes Weir could nudge Jerry into a blistering solo on these overplayed tunes that seemed to underwhelm his genius.
